Mr. Zuckerman, thank you for sharing such kind words about Shannon. He is indeed a great young man with a bright future. Meeting talented people such as yourself will inspire him to continue his pursuit towards excellence. (Deacon Carlos, Atlanta, GA)
ReplyDeleteThank you Deacon, it is an honor to cross paths and to somehow be of service to goodness anc excellence as personified by Shannon.
ReplyDeleteMr. Zuckerman, it is a joy to know that humble individuals such as yourself still exist. I am sure that your acknowledgment of Shannon will have a definite impact upon his success. He is a very caring and thoughtful young man. Shannon is a member of our congregation. It is comforting to know that he exemplifies our church motto, "Making God's Love Visible on Earth." Once again, thank you for the recognition.

Mr. Zuckerman it was not only a pleasure to read your “Kindsight” blog about Shannon, it was also VERY refreshing! We live in a society that seems to be too busy to notice what is going on around them. We simply go about our days ignoring those around us, even when kudos or accolade is warranted. When we come across individuals that are nice and kind-hearted, we often fail to recognize it. But let someone “step on our toes” and we’re ranting and raving to the world about how awful we were treated. Thank you SO much for taking the time out of what I know is a VERY busy schedule to publicly recognize Shannon just for being himself! I can’t think of anyone more deserving! He is a VERY humble young man that walks BOLDLY in who he is as a person, as a student, as an employee and more importantly as a Christian! Your kind words and thoughtfulness will be forever remembered! Teresa Smith - Palmetto, GA
ReplyDeleteThank you Ms.Smith and Pastor Thomas. It is a blessing and honor in life to recognize, encourage, empower, to be of service, especially to the good, talented young man that Shannon is.
