Hi Robert,
ReplyDeleteI did not realize that you had such talent. The pictures are great. I wonder if your talent is nature's way of compensating for your political and economic philisophical deficencies. By the way do you think Moredcai would have thought higher of John Boehner with his up from the boot straps heritage or would he have been more impressed with Nancy Pelosi and her born to the purple political background. I hope all is well with you and your family.
Ps This is a family and not a political discussion.
Thanks Jim. Are you referring to my Father when you say Mordecai, his Hebrew name, and if so, how do you know this?
ReplyDeleteHi Robert,
ReplyDeleteI thought you mentioned him on Lally's Blog. I inferred from your comments that he was somewhat conservative and that he was a self made man. Maybe I inferred too much. If I offended, I apologize.
No offense taken Jim, I don't recall metioning his Hebrew name, or even his English name for that matter, therefore it sparks the question of how you came to know. My Dad was conservative in certain ways, politically and financially, but very open minded and mindful as a human being. He taught me to always come to a complete stop at stopsigns, that even if you don't agree with someone to still be respectful and, he said you can't control what happens in the world but you can control your response to it.
ReplyDeleteRobert,
ReplyDeleteHe sounds like a wise and good man. You were lucky to have him as a mentor.
Thank you....he was/is and i am.
